Tosh: Why didn’t he let us go with him?
Gwen: ‘Cause it’s typical Jack, isn’t it? Disappears, he comes back, then he runs away again. Shuts us out. We don’t even know his real name.
Tosh: Or which time he comes from.
Gwen: Exactly. He’s supposed to be our boss, we know nothing about him. It drives me crazy!
Ianto: It is more fun when he’s around, though.

i always found this freakin adorable. xD the first time i watched i started giggling like a nut and still do actually. xP i was expecting him to go to gwen also, so when he bypassed her for Jack I was ecstatic. lol
I am quite proud of him for having the balls to do this as well, because I don’t think I would be able to dance with a woman I really liked if given the opportunity if I knew people were around to see me. I honestly think it would take me a good while to be comfortable with it. For his first time with a man and all I am so thrilled and proud of him for doing this. :-)
Everytime I watch this scene I’m just a fit of giggles and there’s a lot of ‘AWWWEZ!! They’re so adorable!!’-type comments coming from me. lol
