She is a woman and deserves to be treated as any other woman would be. What kind of genitals she was or was not born with (and even what kind of genitals she has today) is completely irrelevant. This petition is to get her reinstated as a contestant, since she was unfairly disqualified.

just wanted to list a few beautiful women here (that just so happen to all be trans) and prove my friend wrong who seems to think trans-women are hideous.
Whatever happens tonight at the Miss Universe Canada com-petition in Toronto, one thing is for certain: The winner will not be a natural-born woman.
Now by saying this, I am not predicting a victory for Vancouver’s own Jenna Talackova, the transgender beauty who four years ago had sex reassignment surgery. As a result, she found herself disqualified from the Miss Universe Canada competition because she is not a “natural-born” woman, though she was reinstated by competition owner Donald Trump in time for tonight’s pageant.
Nevertheless, many people maintain that she has no business competing against natural-born women, just as many people appealed to nature in arguing that male-to-female transsexuals should not participate in women’s sporting competitions or work at women’s shelters.

Hey guys, can you do me a favour? Go to the YouTube page for Miss Universe and leave a supportive comment for Jenna. Though she’s probably not going to see them it’d be great to show her we’re behind her and wishing her the best. :) I really don’t want to see just negative comments there about her being a transwoman.
^ People like this really piss me off, being ignorant and refusing to refer to Jenna as a woman. Even though (if can was meant as can’t) there might be some semblance of a compliment in there, and a ‘Good luck’, they had to tack on ‘bro’ and ‘he/she’ due to their refuasl to see her for the amazing woman she is.
if you guys could take a few seconds to do this, even if it’s just as simple as ‘good luck’, that would be great!
